Compound Candy Bar Automatic Production Machine is used for producing all kinds of candy bars with full automatic continuously produce technology. It has advanced technology to meet high production. Using with the chocolate enrober together, it can produce all kinds of chocolate compound products. It makes snickers, cereal bars, energy bars, nougat, protain bar, fruit bar etc
The production line is mainly used for producing different kind of bars with or without chocolate coating. this line is consists of four main sections: cooking and mixing unit; bar forming unit (including sheet forming, caramel depositing, nuts mixing, cooling, sitting and guillotine); automatic chocolate enrobing and cooling unit; automatic conveying and flow packing unit.
1-The pressing roller is made of food grade HMWHDPE material, more healthy with anti-sticking function.
2-The side of roller mark the scale.
3-Customer could accurately adjust the height of roller to meet the different thickness product requirement.
4-The useful width of cereal bar cutting machine is 560mm.
5-Controlled by PLC with touch screen with friendly interface.
6-Using high performance frequency inverter, easy adjust speed, high efficiency, it can produce 24-hour continuously.
