HANYUAN Protein Bar Extruding Machine is mainly produce protein bar,dates bar etc.
Working Principle
Put the raw materials for protein bars into the mixing equipment and mix them thoroughly. Then, send the filling into the extruder. It is initially extruded by the pressing rollers to compact the gaps between the particles. After that, it is flattened by the flattening rollers. Finally, it is squeezed tightly by the compactor to make the thickness and width of the filling strip uniform, which is convenient for subsequent cutting at the rear end.
Structural Composition:
1.Power System: Usually, the power is provided by an electric motor. Through transmission devices such as reducers, belts or chains, it drives components like screws or pistons to move.
1.Feeding Device: It includes components such as a hopper and screw feeder, which evenly convey the raw materials to the extrusion chamber.

3.Cutting Device: It cuts the continuously extruded protein bar material into small sections of a certain length.
