Welcome Thai customers to our factory for a trial of the oat chocolate equipment

      Recently, a delegation from a well-known Thai food enterprise visited Hanyuan Food Machinery to conduct on-site trial operation and inspection of the Oatmeal/cereal chocolate production line. Eventually, they won high satisfaction from the customer with three major advantages: equipment stability, product quality and customization capabilities, laying a solid foundation for subsequent cooperation between the two sides.

 

    

      The cereal/oarmeal chocolate production line is an automated set of equipment integrating five core links: raw material pretreatment, chocolate melting, mixing and stirring, molding and curing, packaging and inspection. It can achieve continuous production from cereal, grain particles to finished cereal chocolate, and meet the customized product requirements of different flavors and specifications.

      During the trial operation, the Thai customer focused on two core demands of the production line: "tropical climate adaptability" and "local flavor adjustment". The technical team of Hanyuan Machinery demonstrated on-site: By adjusting the temperature control module of the equipment, the melting temperature of chocolate was stably controlled at 28-32℃, solving the problem of easy caking during production in tropical regions. At the same time, in accordance with the customer's requirements, the mixing ratio of coconuts flavored raw materials was increased. The coconuts corn chocolate produced on the spot was perfectly in line with the preferences of the Thai market in terms of the balance of crispness and sweetness. In addition, the production line's capacity output of 12,000 bags per hour and the low loss rate in the fully automatic detection and packaging process have further alleviated customers' concerns about the efficiency of order delivery.

      

      After multiple rounds of practical tests and quality verifications, the stability, customized adaptability and production efficiency of the machine were highly recognized by the customer. Both sides reached the first batch of cooperation intentions on the spot, adding new impetus to Hanyuan Machinery's expansion into the Southeast Asian market.
